Ingredients: Number of servings: Four - Big Apple (one piece), - Water ( one cup), - Lemon jelly ( one package), - Lemon Juice (one teaspoon), - Strawberry ( Fifty decagrams) - Strawberry jelly (one package), - Natural yogurt ( one cup), - Vanilla sugar ( two teaspoon), - Sugar (to taste), Preparation: 1. Peel apple, cut into cubes. 2. Next pour into the pot. 3. Pour water and lemon juice. 4. Cook for a few minutes ( do not overcook apples). 5. Pour lemon jelly, mix. 6. 2/3 pour into cups, put down to concentration. 7. Strawberries without stalks boil with a few tablespoons of water. Pour strawberry jelly, mix, stir and cool. 8. Half of strawberry mousse put into cups on a layer of apples. 9. Natural yogurt put into a bowl. 10. Pour the remaining strawberry mousse. 11. Mix everything thoroughly, season to taste with sugar. 12. Put into the cups. 13. On top pour out the remaining jelly apples. Put down to concentration.
